Who's got the itch?
It's an addiction and it can't be cured, just managed with frequent driving of one! I had the same thing for Preludes (had 4 of them!) now I've only gone and developed it for the Z!! Reckon the only other close thing to a Z in terms of bang for buck would be a TVR (Griffith, Chimera, Cerbera) all easily picked up for small bucks (relatively speaking) but unfortunately not blessed with Jap reliability!

are we alone in the universe??
Probably a hoax, a good'un at that, but I believe we simply cannot be the only living beings in the Universe.

After market Water Temp Gauge fitting
Done loads of googling, but seems quite a hard thing to find as the size is generally not listed. Looks to me like its a 35mm hose with 38mm at the end that connects to the rad....can anyone confirm?

After market Water Temp Gauge fitting
Hi all, Have fiited an after market water temperature gauge and wired in illumination. Now need to do the sender bit. The thread of the sender is 1/8 NPT. I'm guessing the block thread is 1/8 BSP or 1/8 BSPT? Can anyone confirm what it actually is please? I want to keep my existing water temp sender so wish to tee piece out of the block to both gauge senders.

HTC Desire phone
iPhone definitely, imho. I've had HTC HD, couple of Samsung touchscreens and used several others, Sony etc but nothing compares to the feel of the iPhone. Also iPhone has most choice of apps and I think simply looks the best too.

Petrol Price action
Any society who will close schools and hospitals through "lack of money" is stupid. Any society who will refuse treatment to ill people due to "lack of funding" is stupid. Any society who will go on about human rights and minimum wages, then exploits those societies without such luxuries in the name of profit is immoral, two faced and deserves no success of their own. I'm no communist, far from it, but there is too much money in too few hands. A more even spread of wealth is required if we must stick to money as the only media for making things happen...but remember for every single thing that money supposedly makes happen, there will be several more things that will not happen.....because of money......

Petrol Price action
Remember....any government in a country like ours is an elected dictatorship! Also remember that though the decisions this government are tough and will be hated by most of us, we should also see the reason behind this is the 12 years or so of total misrule from the other lot!

Petrol Price action
I have an idea....99% of this planets problems are caused by money. Most crime is committed to get money. Most things that cannot happen, cannot happen due to money. Vested interests are caused by money etc etc etc ....so....lets do away with money! How mankind (who thinks he is so bloody intelligent) has got himself into this greedy money makes the world go round and can't live without it situation, i'll never know! Intelligent? Tw*ts!

Petrol Price action
A mass protest has to be something that can feasibly be done by everyone and that will, in a short time achieve the requirement. The council tax is paid by virtually all households. So, if ALL households refuse to pay the council tax it woul dbe huge. Councils could not take every household to court. The Government would have to listen and reduce taxation on fuel and put it more evenly/fairer across other things. Much higher taxation on bank profits, bankers salaries and bonuses, and a cap on the banks retribution would be a start!

digital clock
Yes check the negative terminal connection on the battery. Mine worked loose and the clock was an indication of this by resetting every so often.

New Gauges installation
Has anyone fitted the plasma oil temp and oil pressure gauges on a non-turbo? If so did you use a T piece and did you need to purchase anything other than what was in the gauge set?
-
New Gauges installation
Is the plasma air fuel ratio gauge a narrow or wide band item? I've bought one too but am not sure which it is and I've read that the narrow band items are useless and can speed up the failure time of the sensors and alter the signal to the ECU and the read out are effectively just a cool led readout!
