Haha! Its not the paint making me sell, its life in general. My hearts telling me to store it, but im not "connected" with it yet. I know if i start to struggle more, i'd sell it. With the paintwork sorted, i will be "connected" so would have to be desperate to sell.

When out driving last week, i gave it a bit of abuse! Out in the country, i popped it sideways out of a side road. (Note, this was a priavte countryside, and you could see for miles with nobody around). Then BANG! It threw me the other way trying to get me in the bush on the other side of the road. I controlled it, then got out to inspect. A bit of tyre made a bid for freedom! Now on a space saver!

Belive me when i say, i dont want to sell this car, but may have to. I'll try to sell what i can and dont need, so i can get the paint done. If then, i still cant afford it, i'll garage it. If i garage it like this, i will sell it if i have to. If i get it painted, i will never want to sell it!

I had a UK rear bumper i bought from Ian funnily enough last year for my silver zed as i prefer the Uk over the Jap bumpers. Again, this isn't properly fitted as its got the pins missing. The bodyshop can sort it IF it ever gets there..

Then, the rear.. Ian had a little mishap in the last winter. So fitted a different bumper. Again, this looked ok, but not for me.

I wasn't a fan of the bumpers that were on my car. 99 front, which i know is popular and i do like it, but to me, when i think of a zed, i think of a standard one, ie 89 spec. That goes for the spoiler too. So the front bumper... The 89 bumper isn't properly fitted, but its a bit damaged, so i planned for it to be sorted with the respray i was getting! It was from Niko's car..

I did mine with just a standard jack from the boot of the zed, and some scaffold boards!

I like volvos as it goes. I was using my brothers mates for a few days. 2.5 5 pot. Sounded nice but drank petrol. I also used a 2.4 D5 for a week. 30mpg around town.

Unbolt it all, then jack the car up! 2 wheels high..

I dont have a breaker, ian had it. Ive got ian's old red(brown) one. I cant afford a run around or i would put the zed away for a while. I dont want a van, i'd like an estate so i can get the family in it at the weekend. The wifes got a focus that does 50mpg, so were keeping that! I wont break another zed! My brother in laws lagunas sitting there, but hes not replying to my messages and avoids my questions.

Ive finally got a zed that runs perfect and needs nothing (bar body work). Its really fast and drives without fault. Its taken me until now from when i first joined to be able to say that, after all the time money sweat a tears ive spent ob zeds.. Sods law, that now im here, ive got NO money what so ever! This is not a for sale ad, but i might put one up. Ian was quoted £600 to get the body looking decent. Ive been quotef £1200, but i was changing the colour! I need something for work as i sold the van/done a deal for the blue zed. I cant afford to drive the zed. I'd love to garage it til i can, but i need a work car!!!! What to do, what to do.....
