Hey guys, Went to the Abingdon meet last night for the first time. Not a bad turnout but I was the only 300Zx there! There was a 200sx as well as the usual imprezas and Skylines, but just me! Although I think I spotted a Z going into the Black Horse Car park just as I was leaving. Hopefully get to meet some of you guys in the Oxon area soon. Don't know if anyone knows, but there was a guy there taking pics of the cars, any idea if they get posted on the net anywhere? Cheers Jon

I know a lot of people say it would be cheaper just to buy a manual, but I'm getting the car to just how I like it! You have to have some kind of bond don't you! Cheers Jon

I might just have to give that a go!! So just to understand it fully. you get the card, put a sim card in it. Does the software come with the card to install to the laptop, then I suppose it just uses that as a normal modem?

the PCMCIA thing is what i was thinking about initially. Just been on the Vodafone site. What would you say was the average data processed on the net per month!! 75MB just doesn't sound like a lot!!

Does that connect by the old infra-red device thingy then? what sort of speed do you reckon you get from that?

Hey, Don't know if it's possible, but I'm after something that would plug into my laptop so that I could use the internet anywhere in the country without having to plug it in or being in one of those wi-fi areas? don't know if anyone uses this technology or knows if its available? Managed to speak to Luke today at z-tech, hopefully get everything from him, gonna go for the de-cat, sounds like the way ahead!! Got a bloke doing the work for me at a Place called Kardos near abingdon top people there, bend over backwards to help. He's doing up a few imports at them moment, so he's definately one to call if you're in the area.
