Hi guys, well I'm staying in the country now and so have decided to keep the Z rather than selling her, so a few problems need rectifying! First one is the brakes. Whenever I depress the brake pedal I get a loud "click" sound coming from the front wheels, happens everytime even when warmed. Any ideas?? Cheers in advance. Jon

Hi guys, Just sold my Z on ebay earlier this week, she had to go :( . It met it's reserve, I got a message from the buyer yesterday saying that he could no longer go ahead with the deal and he's sorry. Do you know where I stand on this? I'm assuming ebay is a legal contract and he has to buy?? What bothers me even more is the listing fees and the final value fees are more than £100! I need to get the Z sold ASAP because I'm off on my travels soon (through business not pleasure!) Cheers in advance Jon

There was a thread on here, apparently if it's a certain year, it's not on the emissions database, so its treated as a car with no cats anyway, have to check that though.

mine was fine to drive, it just lost power every now and then when throttle down, burns fuel at the start loads as well. For that reason as good as any, get them cleaned or taken out!

I had that, was told it was cats overheating, so I took them out, solved the problem!!

I've got a US import in-dash on mine, can pick up radio stations over here no probs.

They're going to increase gas to normal price! What's the bloody point in that, they're just asking for trouble with that, just so they can make 65% profit out of that as well!

What with the increase in fuel prices, a mate of mine was talking about getting his car converted from petrol to gas fuel. Does anyone know anymore about this? I've seen gas available at some petrol stations and was just wondering how widespread it actually is. There used to be a government grant to get it done but don't think they are doing it anymore. I imagine, the performance using gas would decrease dramatically, but for a run-around car, surely it would be a cheaper option??

Stock guage and didn't move a muscle from normal! I was bloody hot though, targas off, 100mph and it was like a hairdryer blowing in your face!! Still nice though!

I haven't actually figured out how to use the air-con! I put it down to 10 (which is the minimum I can do), but I can't hear a belt kicking in. Maybe mine's been removed!!
