My compression test results
Cylinder 1 - 170 PSI Cylinder 2 - 162 PSI Cylinder 3 - 168 PSI Cylinder 4 - 164 PSI Cylinder 5 - 168 PSI Cylinder 6 - 165 PSI My engine is completely stock and i will keep it this way. I have 2 x TD-05 18G's on order and i will fit them up and see what hp numbers i will get. We have a set of Greddy manifolds that we will try to replicate and 850cc injectors on the way.

Nos
Very easy to install as it comes with instructions. And i am talking about the 60hp Wet Kit. I have used it in two 300ZX's so far and is working ok. Once it kicks in together with the turbo spool up you will feel a lot of power. The kit comes with fuel injectors suppying enough fuel for the extra 60hp. However if you have a heavily modded Z then its better to buy larger fuel injectors. What i am saying is that you will need somewhere around 80-100hp Fuel injectors for a 60hp of NOS. Assuming that your Z is heavily modified and thats for safety reasons. Better to run rich in high hp rather than lean

300ZX Colours.
I was experimenting with Photoshop and i created some fancy colours for our cars. Some they look good, some dont. My personal opinion is that the darker the colour for the Z the better it looks.

Ok Thanks

Question for MAC 1
I know that greddy does not make an 18G kit for the Z. We are building a custom one also thats why i asked you :) Did you get the gaskets, flanges oil lines and bolts as a kit from Pentroof?

Pc Help Needed
It must be RAM. If i am not mistaken you cannot use two different RAMS from two different manufacturers. You will get frequent errors

Question for MAC 1
Did you buy the flanges, gaskets, oil lines, washers and bolts separately for the TD-05 18G turbos or is there any kit that i can buy which includes all that. Thanks

Video Editing
Maybe you want to try a DVD ripper to do the job. (Try search at Google for DVD Rippers).

back from cyprus
Any time man. Summer its really nice but hot and therefore if we take you for a ride we have to lower down the boost :)

back from cyprus
I wish we could have some more time to hang around for a beer. I have some news also about the car: We are upgrading the turbos to TD-06 20G, Jun internals, Jun Stage III cam gear kit and all that staff that goes with it. We are hoping to go over 1000whp with NOS. At the moment we are only hoping for the best. I cannot imagine how that will feel. Definetely i will go for heart checking, before he takes me for a ride when its ready.

You have every right not to believe me.... But i want to ask you this. In your opinion with our mods how much horsepower we should be making and what other mods we have to put on the car to make a "real" 688rwhp.

Great weather for turbos
At what boost you dyno your car?

You own a skyline right!! How you know the capabilities of a Z if you dont own one. Just curious..

Hold on a minute...When people get high hp with Skylines and Supras on stock engines why is not anyone skeptical about it? Propably its because only lately people with Z's started to try testing the limits of our engines. Would you believe that JUN did 420km top speed on stock gearbox if JUN never mentioned that on their web site? Good that they did. Thats proves something right? And what we are doing on our Z's is not something that we encourage people to do. We know that we are risking blowing it up but that didnt stop us from doing it. Every risk has its costs. But from the other side you can achieve things that you dont expect to happen. We took a big risk, and the risk got bigger when we decided to use NOS at that power levels on stock internals. The result is that we manage big hp and we still have the engine intact. Maybe it will blow tomorrow or next week or who knows when. The fact is the car is running perfect and it seems to be very realiable.

I can only tell you this. Even the gap on the spark plugs and the type of spark plugs are a major factor in horsepower output. To give you an example, the second time we went to the dyno we used different spark plugs and bigger gap. We did at 1.39bar 551rwhp. This time we changed the spark plugs. A guy (he also owns an 800rwhp 300ZX TD-06) told us to use different spark plugs and we also close the gap 0.035 and at 1.46bar on the same dyno under the same weather conditions we did 607rwhp. Thats a lot of hp increase for just 0.08bar.

Rick 300TT is right. Our rods and crankshaft are forged, our valves are made of inconel metal and they are very durable. If you go to junauto.com website and you see the spec of their 1000hp 300ZX top speed record holder you will see that they are using stock valves and stock crankshaft. And they still achieved an amazing top speed of 419.84Km/h. Ohh and original transmission. :)... Now this is something to talk about.... O R I G I N A L T R A N S M I S S I O N For the hard to believe users, here http://www.junauto.co.jp/democar/jb-z32/spec.html?en

Twin T72 300ZX engine did 9.2sec 1/4 mile
Custom made. Also exhaust manifolds are custom made. Estimated horsepower around 850 to 1000 at the wheels. They havent dyno it yet as far as i know but having a trap speed 254 exit speed (158 miles) it must really be making some serious power around that range.

I was expecting you to tell me that the picture is photoshoped. :) At least it seems that you believed in something :hyper:

Twin T72 300ZX engine did 9.2sec 1/4 mile
Its really amazing how a 3 cylinder 1.5lt engine can spool that monster turbo. You should see the car in action. Especially how the engine sounds. Scary one :)

Twin T72 300ZX engine did 9.2sec 1/4 mile
Basically this car belongs to another mechanic here in my country. They builded this monster 300ZX end they fitted it on a 4 wheel drive Ford Escord. They took first place in last competition here in my country with 9.2 sec 1/4 mile, and 254km exit speed. They also took first place in Greece with 8.8sec and 248km exit speed. Enjoy the view.
