the remote turn on lead makes the amp only switch on when the stereo is on, same way the aerial goes up when the radio comes on

heard you mention arduino before, im soon to begin helping the mother in law design an art project using arduino and know nothing about it yet, just wondering if you could point me to any good rescourses? after ive done her project with her, i was thinking of building some kind of car monitoring system with it afterwards to hopefully build a wicked carputer :-)

thats roughly it, you will deffo need to install an amp somewhere, and run its own power cable straight from the battery, alos the signal wires need to run down the opposite side of the car to the power, and im think there may be a dedicated 'sub out' on the back of your head unit (edit) scratch the 'sub out', it just a rear out
