Sunday afternoon would be fine for me :-) and i could do with checking out a pub in deeside called the bridge,,,, as im arranging a work do there and would like to scope it out first. but wherever everyone else wants to go is fine by me.....

ive never had any problems with the site crashing on my android x10, but find it very fiddly to use with all the zooming in etc. i think a system designed for portable devices would make it easyer :-)

im android and its rubbish for the site :-( i love the system for everything else, but trying to post here i a right mare

These are all great ideas :-) heres my input..... the club calender is a must! and would be better sold at cost(ish) price rather than totally subsidised by the club. im sure folk wont mind paying a couple of quid for a good quality Zeddy calender :-) heres some prices but there just the first on google lol, so there must be loads of competition, possibly a club member works in a printers and could sort out some discount??? i think possibly getting some funding towards entry tickets to regional events or days out would help get people together, maybe things like dyno days, track days and possibly some other days like karting or paintballing?? just an idea as i know its hard to get people together for little meets, i could have done more as REO this year i know, after my little one was born the summer just seems to have passed me by a little :-( but ill endeavour to get a few more things going :-) having a bit of fundage for this kind of thing would just make the odd change from pub carpark meets etc i think for the local regular meets you just gotta keep trying as its rare to find dates everyone is free, but if the ones who are free still attend each one then eventually youl get more turn out i reckon. the conjoined gazebo idea is great too, would make for gr8 bbqs etc in the summer, and could all transform into one massive super-powerful gazebo at national events, if we could get them embroidered or printed on then all the better, again, may have a member who works in this field?? club competitions with small prizes for subbed members are also a great idea, the prizes wouldn't have to be massive, and it would help build club spirit etc etc. the type of competitions should be varied too to keep things interesting and fair. maybe an annual lottery type thing would also be a good idea with the tickets being distributed for free to subbed members, again the prizes wouldn't need to be massive. If any money was going to be spent it definitely needs to be of some benefit to the members who dont get to meets for whatever their reasons. and making the site more accessible to smartphones would be a really good idea as there becoming so popular these days (poll added) Even as i type this there are some interesting figures in the poll. very vague idea here, but could some kind of deal be cut with 'club vetted' local garages for slightly cheaper service in exchange for club advertising?????? how about a Z scalextric league????? (sorry, random) would be fun at the regional meets? Hmmmm, im sure there was more when i started this lol, im tired now lol. ide just like to close by saying i thought vods did a great job at JAE, admittedly i was only there for the one day but i enjoyed it heaps :-) also i still think this is one of the friendliest car clubs out there (the ones where you keep your clothes on anyways:tt2:) there's never going to be a club where everyone agrees 100% of the time so i think we do pretty well :-)

im the same as far as mp3 music goes, between us we would probably have every song ever written! (maybe not) but there would be more than enough to keep us happy :-) we would only need a small sound system as its not a full blown rave were going for :-) i was loving the idea of some visuals, probrably something along the lines of gallery pics on a loop?

Very 'Punny' lads lol! i used to get the same when i lived near Wylfa Power station, but we cant think of anything new thats been erected (lol) in the area. and the council have said nothings changed :-( im not to arsed really, as no-one in their right mind would rob my xsara or mondeo as there right heaps lol! and my zed is on stands on my drive. just a bit weird really

just had a lady from across the road knock on to ask if my key fob was working to unlock the doors etc. which it isnt! its only affecting a small area of our street, does anyone have any ideas? im guessing someone has gotten some radio equipment of some kind? the lady was saying "you cant be too carefull these days what with all the hacking and terrorists..." !!!! crazy lady lol

some real great ideas there! name tags / shirts should be a must i think lol. i must have walked past so many people who i 'know' on here but didn't recognize their face lol. loving the idea of visual displays :-) and i think background music would be a great idea! the celica club have A4 printed pages for every member to put in their windscreen with username, real name, what makes your car special etc etc, maybe something like this? hope we get the same spot next year :-)
