science teacher told me and my class mates a little story of how we as adults will pay for the sun killing the earth, he told us that the sun will in one way consume the planet, it gets hotter and hotter every year and will burn up the co2 and ozone layer scare mongering story we thought, but he also said that once this starts to happen that the goverment will use this to tax us to near poverty, no one believed hiom as we were kids and didnt understand polotics and the thieves running the country should have took him more seriously

To be fair if you have knowledge of being a mechanic then zeds aint much different, tye only problem you have with zeds are the diagnosing of engine faults, but after reading thriugh marks posts over the past few months im sure he has a good start on zeds and will do well with zedworld As said elswhere mate, good luck

join a running club, i have and its great, proffesional runners giving lots of advice on excercices and warm ups, but no advice on shoes as all are different lol

they are not so bad now as they were, some good exercices have sorted that will look into those, cheers mate

hiit best thing ive done for years, gone down to just over 12 stone from 14 stone just suffering from injuries like shin splints and stretch muscles

what is your preffered footwear? ive been looking at numerous sets of footwear and ive done a test on a heat mat to determine the type of foot i have (nearly flat footed which is quite common) and i was in sports direct and the girl showed me some karriomore running shoes which she said was a best seller but i would like some feed back, asiscs gel seem to be the number one but not having a lot of spare cash lately im not wanting to spend £100 on shoes unless they are really worth it ive also seen the adidas boost shoes, does anyone have them and are they really worth the £120 price tag? oh and i have a birthday coming up in august (the 3rd) if any kind sole (see what i did there lol) would like to treat me lol

lot of members now have become full paid members and join in the forum a lot more since simon left, he was full of knowledge and quite funny and liked by many (even myself at one time) but if you did something he didnt like he constantly bullied you about it, if you couldnt spell properly he would bully you about it and it made a lot of people very uneasy using the forums for fear of being bullied by simon shame really

yes you personally just you and a few others enjoyed him, but only because you were not on the end of his constant abuse, you will never get to see some of the compaints i recieved or the rest of the mods recieved about him, he was very personal and very insulting and abused every chance he recieved what makes it worse is that apperantly he is a nice person away from the keyboard, but that makes it worse for me, im the same infront of the screen and behind it, i am what i am wether people like it or not it may go to vote but i will be voting no for simon no matter what apperently he is here under another name but TBH we aint bothered, most banned members are back but when they have to haide who they are it must be more frustrating for them as it is for us trying to find out who is who

oh and dont forget to rep him up, its what its there for

he has had so many secind chances i cant keep count, hell i even had a big argument once (in the mod section about one of his bans) but he has took the piss so much and spoilt every second chance that he will be a member i never vote to be back, there was a time where once although most of the time we never got on i would still fight his corner but never again also some of the shit that was sent to us from another forum that was said about me personally and others that ran this forum and even the forum itself would mean he will never be back, some of the stuff was screen shots of caht pages and some of screen shots of hidden oages that were very rude and nasty and directed towards me and certain members as said it is a review not a reprieve

bri is a top bloke, not only does he use his spare time to help run this forum but he also uses his spare time and knowledge to help memebers with their cars free freindly help is becoming a thing of the past so its always nice to read about things like this

also got to remember, banned members were not done so lightly, great lenghts of discusions and votes and so forth from the comitte were took part of before a ban, this is a review not a reprieve although some people may have a case for return many dont
