  2. 3g big brake upgrade ..good value and hauls the reins in on the zed very well
  3. Mike the injector pins pulses will be matched with ignition sequence or it wouldnt fire.. therefore if the pins on to the injectors are hooked on to your Zed in the zed order 135246, then wouldnt the solution be to make sure the coil packs were firing in the same order ie put them to match 153246 also ?? .....if you need a hand mate im only down the road , im sure we can figure it out Steve
  4. just be carefull jacking it up and belting it while it is on the jack ....use axle stands as well, i nearly got reaped by a Mk3 cortina years ago doing the same thing..... " wolfrace superslots alloys " if my mate hadnt pulled me out of the way it would have fallen down on my neck .....
  5. brakes when new on a new car would out break the same era M3 ..that should put it into perspective , the same calipers are used on scoobies to this day . upgrade to biggerdiscs and porterfield pads and the zed will stop on sixpence and give you change back
  6. a Tucan is abird isnt it ?? dont you all mean Tuscan :) they are quick sound fantastic but only drive one if its somebody elses ...they will take your shirt off your back and drop to bits .....the only one worth having for reliability is the newest one as the QA QC has been drastically improved .

  10. hi kevin the BB730 would be monsters i think ....each to their own like Mac and Kirbz with Mega high power zeds ....me i am never going down the 1/4 mile but i like to wipe the smug grin off pikey boys face in his dads merc or BMW ...so 400+ rwhp is more then enough for the road in general day to day driving ..however if i saw kirbz silver bullet in the rear view mirror i would do the sensible thing and indicate left ... :)) KNOW YOUR LIMITS MATE.........

  16. Hi fellas , this summer is approaching and i am upgrading to BB530 tubbies forged internals balanced bottom end , 555 injectors, greddy intercoolers and some head work maybe with JWT cams and springs , looking for about 400+ rwhp and a good streetable reliable ( if i dare say it ) car is this a reasonable BHP figure to expect or is it consevative or will i get more ?? and is there anyone local to the north west that can do this for me , i would take it to Ryan or gregg at ztech as my first choice but its just the thought of that drive down 4 times ....and i know Ryan would not be too keen to come and pick it up again ,so its swaying me to find a local place ....Ryan move your workshop more central mate !!! cheers Steve
