peach ...I know it's harder for some, but it is worth it. I am generally healthy but not especially 'fit' but I went for my first bike ride in years yesterday and did a 20 mile round trip without really struggling (apart from a sore arse - what psycho designs bike saddles!!??!), I could never have done that when I was smoking.....Asda superstores bicycle sadle with gel cussions built in ...best 15 quid you will EVER spend .....

whooooa there !!!! brake fluid ??? i thought dot 5.1 was an upgrade from normal fluid and was ok for road use ? ..i have a the K sport big big brake upgrade front and back ..do i need to use dot 4 fluid in it ??

Hi Rich i have an AEM also and will be getting it mapped when teh car is back with me do a search for AEM and ther are a few threads on it , i found thor racing who seem very good and used to be one of teh main dealers of AEM kit.. a lot are going over to emerald ECU's but after paying nearly a grand for the AEM i am reluctant to fork out again especialy when the AEM is a fantastic piece of kit with all the things emerald has as standard, just not as many tuners are conversant with it

Hi Andy mate that looks fookin awesome fella !! the scratches on the trim can be rubbed down with very fine wet and dry, and then a coat of satin black trim spray paint or trim cleaner will bring them up nicely....

you will find if you overhaul the calipers front and rear and use DS2500 ferrodo pads or similar the stopping power is really very very good and a much cheaper option than bigger discs and all the buggering about thats involved in it......

think i will Matt , just getting a few quotes to get sprayed up the same colour ( once i have the paint codes from the body shop ) hows tricks ?

Hi Jeff your right owning these cars is frustrating, especialy so in my case,LOL i think you have acted above and beyond....the service you offer is second to none in teh zed community in my opinion .....BUT you cant please everybody all the time....if you want constructive criticism .....then take an hour each day to answer emails from ongoing customers...sometimes it can take a while to hear from you..days and days sometimes!! but that just proves you are busy and doing well..not so good for the customer though ... not having a pop Jeff, just offering feedback as asked for :)

write all this down and take it to the evening gazzete ....also recording a converstaion is legal ...police do it and use in in court as evidence so long as they varify on the recording the persons name get them to say their own name ...dont loose your rag..i know its not easy the shi* they are putting you through but that is their way.....start leaving notes on their web site customer feedback ..be brutaly honest....try and blog their web site.....print flyers saying keep away from CCC and stick them all over near their premises..make a complete nuisance of yourself.....

i know exactly what you mean mate i got stung for over 3 grand for work that was never done plus i have to pay for new wheels and tyres and bodywork that was damged during a Brake in ....and replace loads of missing stuff from a car that was perfect when it went in for an engine upgrade...not with ztech but another trader that has stopped trading now thankfully

Jesus mate that is sick .....he is obvioulsy not right in the head....report this to the police striaght away, demand to see or speak to an inspector....in fact ask your other half to speak to a female detective she would be much more liable to push it from a security angle for you and your wife that a male detective might not consider in the early stages of the case, go and see a solicitor and have a restraining order banged on him from even contacting you....i would be seething ..you must be furious....keep cool fella dont do anything rash .....if i knew where he lived i would go round and give him a good kicking myself

as all have said ..turn off the TV and have a chat..tell her how much you find her attractive and want her dont take it for granted that she just knows as she may be feeling very confused after having the baby ...talk it over with her .....bromide stops the sex drive ....army have used it for years...

you clever Git :).......i would never have thought of using cones as cake dishes ..i use the crinkly paper thingies to cook mine in ......its cones for me from now ..then i can scoff the lot LOL

if you fit the ECU you will need to get rid of the jets and use a boost controler the jets are a fixed "boost" and can not be turned up and down like a profec B for example ..very handy to drop the boost when your caught in the rain etc and great fun to put to 15psi when you want to rub Mr Porsche's nose in it :)

Jimmer where do i get a PAM sensor from as i am running AEM also and need to get shot of the MAF when it comes to getting the AEM mapped

i have had a quote for 170 quid to spray it over seems a bit steep to me ?
