  7. Welcome to Zed World!!!(not the garage) I've had 3 really tidy ones and they've all needed thousands spending on them, they're just expensive cars to run unfortunately mate.

Firstly welcome to the club George. That link you've posted doesn't work, so I can't comment on the car. The main thing to look out for is damaged turbo seals which will show up usually buy blowing white smoke on tick-over. Start the car up and let it warm up before driving it, you may get some condensation but if it's chucking out loads of white smoke the seals are shot. It's an engine out job to do the turbos so your looking at a couple of grand easy. These are very expensive cars to run as people find out to their horror so my advice would be to have at least a couple of grand tucked away for repairs and maintenance. Good luck with the car mate, hope it's a good en'
  9. The car owes me about £10,500 buying it, repairing it and modding it in a year and a half. After going through reciepts the previous owners had spent about 10K on it also!
  10. Unfortunately that sounds just like turbo seals, have you decatted?

  17. Had exactly the same happen to me at Japfest mate. Popped two conrods through the bottom of the engine and all the internals chewed the dipstick up!! I ended up buying Yaseens engine and went for brand new bigger tubs while the whole thing was out. Hope you get it sorted without to much fuss fella ;)
