  1. There is no such thing as saving when you own a 300zx! They're an endless money pit
  2. No worries Mike I'll let you know what I find ;)
  3. Normal bulbs for the red, amber ones for the clear. The clear lense I bought from someone off here I think? Kept the red because it looks better IMHO and looks like the proper 300ZX 99 spec lights ;)
  4. I'd be disappointed too but in fairness they don't know you and it's not like you've viewed the car already and left a deposit. If someone turned up with the cash before you then they would of been mad not to take it and at least they had the decency to ring you and let you know. I'll keep my eye out for one for you, was it the 2.2 INITIALE Sport Tourer your after?
  5. Yeah just pop over from Ireland and take it to Kidderminster that won't cost much  Welcome to the club, the car looks nice, hope you get it sorted ;)
  6. Unscrew the screw in the back of the centre of the lamp then use a heat gun round the sides and bottom, don't leave the heat on one spot to long! When the plastic is soft and still hot use a flat ended screwdriver to open the bottom and the sides. Once open pull out the amber and glue in the clear lense. Close the bottom and the two sides of the lamp together and use the heat gun again to bond it back together. Take your time, this is not a 5 minute job. Here's mine, I added the pinstripes
  7. Many congrats you crazy muthaz! Enjoy your honeymoon :D
  8. If you decat your car and then wind up the boost you can say goodbye to your tubby seals fella. Unless you've got money to replace them then don't even think about decatting, remember these cars are 15+ years old now. However most still do and then end up complaining that their tubs have gone and they ain't got the dosh to repair them. A few have had to sell or break their car after doing so. 7psi is safety and 9psi is standard :slap:
  9. No he just had the shit kicked out of him instead  I watched the program, I felt sad for the old sod seeing him on his last legs and shopping for coffins etc.
  10. Thats a bit far fetched, we all know you need an aftermarket exhaust and induction kit to beat an F1 car and fighter jet..........well some people on here would have you believe that anyway
  11. Maybe its BeeGeeVinz daily driver?
  12. Who told you that? the Renault Salesman? :p
  13. 63.856
  14. Front mount turbos, that rocks!
  15. I can't comment on the S15 as I know nothing about it although it does look a stylish motor. Integra looks hideous IMO and is FWD. Scoobys are is as common as dog sh1te and I hate the interior. My choice after having driven a couple would be the S2000. They need hardly any mods, just stick some bigger rims on and lower it and away you go. They handle like a dream, the power delivery in the high revs is awesome and you've also got bullet proof reliability.
  16. ha ha yes the encore number, never fails to get the crowd going :D
  17. Nice one Tim, look forward to seeing your featured motor
  18. I know I was nearly playing it on Thursday with Tigertailz. We've canceled now due to a band member being hospitalized and not having time enough time to prepare, shame.
  19. Mine aren't blanks?
  20. Looky here - http://laist.com:80/2007/07/02/welcome_to_kwik.php
  21. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/90-96-300ZX-TWIN-TURBO-Z32-S-MOUNT-UPGRADE-INTERCOOLER_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ33742QQihZ002QQitemZ120138625708 Has anyone got these? what do you think? Supposed to be direct bolt on. $120 to ship to the UK, they sound good value.
  22. Just complain it's a sh1te portion and they'll give you a full one, it always works
  23. Welcome to the club. I'd be lying if I said they were reliable, I've had 3 and they've all played up but remember they're 15+ years old now and most cars that age have their problems. As for mpg its a 3 Litre Twin Turbo (unless you go for an N/A) so you don't get very many.
