  2. Yeah I thought that and I'm sure the same clutches where being advertised on ebay quite recently claiming they could handle 450bhp
  3. Got my car back last night after leaving it with Jimmer for the last 3 weeks for him to do a full engine rebuild. I just want to thank him for doing such a top class job on my car and making sure everything was done to the highest possible standard. There probably wasn't a day went by that he didn't call to let me know about progress or that other parts looked worn and could do with replacing. Of course this rebuild could of been of totally been avoided if the replacement engine and turbos I had changed less than 1000 miles ago were fitted properly. Needless to say I've learned my lesson the hard way like a few other people on the forum. Anyhoo here's what was done - The block was rebored too take 87.5mm forged pistons & the cylinder heads were skimmed with valve seats recut & lapped in. All crank journals & internals were polished. New main rod & big end bearings were fitted. All seals & gaskets/copper washers renewed. New Nissan cambelt with SKF cambelt idler bearings fitted. 550 Injectors fitted with Nissan injector seals. All corroded injector plugs replaced with new & spliced into loom. New short water hoses fitted supplying both turbocharger & thermostat housings. Breather hoses replaced along with new PCV valves & new VTC solenoid springs :)

I went out with a policewoman..........lasted about 4 weeks! She was on a complete power trip and into playing games, insanely insecure and probably bullied at school, hence now taking it out on the rest of the world.

Yeah I'll be there by the looks of things. What about meeting at Cardiff West services Jct 33 then driving down to Penarth Harbour or Cardiff Bay? I open to any other suggestions though
  21. If your thinking about buying a Zed then a breakdown recovery subscription is a must! Besides it only costs £69 to join the AA on line and to get a car towed that distance privately will cost ££££'s.
