The Decat debate has been done to death on here lol. I'd only decat if you have the money spare to replace the turbos if they fail, to many people go ahead and do it and then have to sell up because they can't afford to put it right. Yes the engine does have to come out and it's costly £1500-£2000. Remember these cars are old now, how do you think 16+ year old tired tubby seals are gonna feel with all the added back pressure?

My old Jap spec must have had boost jets fitted then, I stand corrected ;)

The engine does have to come out if your turbos fail. Good for up to 400bhp on standard internals but there is a common fault in number 6 cylinder when you start cranking up the power.

Get a 2nd hand Jap spec tank because they normally have no rust and are like new. Shouldn't cost more than about £30, no point in buying a new one.

Hawk pads, loads better than the EBC's IMHO and really good value. I bought them from Z Tech originally but I think quite a lot of places do them now.

Who's gonna try putting them on the front wheels of a Zed while holding down the foot brake then? If you do make sure you video it coz It'll definately top that!
