I know this bit is dedicated to Z related issues but....I am a Z owner... As its the 1st time Ive attempted any form of competitive Quad riding and Ive just celibrated my 50th Birthday Im doing this event to raise money for Cure Leukaemia. I just bought me a 4 x 4 arm chair, a Bombardier Outlander 400. I had a good bargain because its still logo'd Bombardier and now they've called themselves Can-Am, my mate regularly races the Outlander 800 V Twin...what a fookin tool that is. There's a few big names ridin and Ive got a plan on how to lick em, theres gonna be that many startin I'm gonna hang back untill theyve all stuffed up on the first bend then I'm gonna sneak by :D

As you all know I have found a new pass time for weekends, I had been attending Quad enduro's as a spectator for a while and have now dicided to take part. I have entered myself into Weston Beach race on 21st of October, anyone who knows anything about this mad sport (Weston is probably the easiest) will also know that at 50 years old its not the most sensible thing Ive ever done. Just to make this even more interesting a shall be doing this with a cracked rib that I got in practice 2 weeks ago. :headvswal Any how as I'm going to do it I thought it might be a good idea to raise money for a good cause, I hope all my friends here will sponser me for a couple of bob for the charity Cure Leukaemia. Weston beech race is a three mile course over the sand dunes and man made hills and pits on the beach at Weston Super Mare, the aim is to do as many laps as possible in 3 hours. I will try to post links to both the charity and the race (summat else that aint easy at 50) The event organisers RHL Activities are suporting me by giving me a 50% reduction in entry fee the amount that I have saved (£50) I shall be putting into the Cure Leukaemia fund. Quad has a mis-shapen front mudguard/wing what ever you call it, Steve J has cracked rib (dont you dare make me laugh) I got a bit aggressive with a tree on Sunday :headvswal Next time I'll pick on summat me own size :D In training for a big event I'll let you all know about it shortly ;)
