no it isnt normal, if when you go over small bumps and so on the back end of the car feels as if its strafeing or moving side to side they are worn HICAS arms, my car is currently having one replaced at Zedworld by JeffTT. Hollings.

i used that stuff and found when it got a little warm during the day it would go gloopy and the material would sag in un-supported areas :sad:

double SNAP! spray glue everywhere means ultimate lfiting ....everywhere! cambelt, heater matrix and O/S hicas arm being replaced at zed world now. Rattle from my exhaust mounts over bumps! :batman:

just looked at my HID kit box and i have a jap auto TT and mine say H3 fitting but......... "Our 100w 5000k bulbs are NOT LEGAL for use in Europe."

Hey, ive recently just rebuilt my front bumper all all the stress points and mounting points and mine is also fibre glass, if your handy id deffo recommend doing it yourself, get some alloy drill some holes in it, fibre glass it together and it aint going to move, then filler it away and you get to keep your bumper :batman: unless you didnt want it haha. well yes and no, i got some FLI 13cm which is like 5.1" or somin but they didnt quite fit or match up to the holes, so i just Re-drilled the holes and screwed them in, they aint going no where and the clarity difference is very good my front speakers were standards and s**t so for like £30 well worth it. The door car themselves aint too hard to get on and off once done it once or twice just look in the how-to section or use search. however for rear speakers for the time being i got 6x9's which wont fit in the standard positions even if you lower them into the spaces due to the fuel tank, so for now i made a little MDF board and covered it with some black material cut the holes for the speakers and away i went. :batman: Hollings.

ahhh i do know my hicas arm is worn, but i have found that my rear right is 1 inch lower than the rear left.....so erm whats that mean?

I dont think this is the worst of problems but i thought id get a heads up from you guys. I Think my dampers are either going or completly gone, what i have when going over pot holes or fast round a corner where the ground isnt level my car sways from left to right and somtimes i get a weird sensation my car starts crabbing for a second when i go over some, anyone have any ideas? welcome, what colour is your Zed mate? look forward to seeing some pics. with the headlight issue they are poor, a lot of people have upgraded their bulbs with a HID kit, i bought mine for £37.99 from ebay, and they are like second suns, well worth the upgrade haha and also with the 'fish eye' projector it doesnt cause too much of an issue with other drivers until you come over a hill. but im using 6000k at 35 watts, and they are powerful enough trust me :innocent: but depending on wether its an import or not you will require i different bulb i think uk spec is H3 and import is H3c. Easy to fit upgrade and well worth it. enjoy your Zed Hollings.

looks good :D welcome dno about you but insurance nailed me to the floor haha if by seals your right arm gets wet when it rains, ive noticed it happens with most peoples so i kinda left mine as its only a drip now and then just dont aim your jetwash there as i found out :glare: again, welcome Hollings.

well i was oblivious to what bumper it is, the guy at Zedworld said it was a stillen, and if genuine was worth a pretty penny so i didnt want to get rid of thought it was worth the work.

After going to Chips away and being quoted £240 for a respray on my bumper and some crap about fibre glass is hard to spray and baking temps and so on i thought DIY time. Now here comes the bit which i could be slightly embarrased about haha, i went to halfrauds and has my paint code mixed and bought some red primer with some laquer and after some fine sanding me and my dad cracked on with the spraying..... The next day i started blending and this is what turned out...... then i did some reading and found people calling other people idiots for going to halfrauds and for the embarrasment inside of me it spurred me on to complete it properly so i went out and had some more paint mixed and this is the final product...... So after that i was quoted in total £390 for my bumper to be fully repaired and sprayed.... what i spent... £22 on halfrauds paint £16 on specialist paint...lol £13 on B&Q steel approx £6 for a jigsaw blade and some sandpaper total = £57 correct me if im wrong :D and this is for the people who are painting illiterate...like me haha..... DO NOT GO TO HALFRAUDS.....should be common sence but well live and learn.....

Bought my Z with some big fibre glass pieces missing in the bumper cause the guy who had it before me enjoyed driving backwards of high kurbs, anyway the rear right hand side sagged like hell as the mounting point had broken of and so on, heres some pics of what i found when i took the bumper of... Rear right had mounting point broken off forward right mounting point cracked and barely hanging on. the above mounting point has a 20mm wide and 4" long piece filler missing next to the mounting point. a crack 10mm deep and 1.5" long forward of headlight panel. forward left mounting points was cracked and one was missing. rear left mounting point had a crack just under the mounting point itself. After finding all that thought it was time to take it to a professional and was quoted £150 for it to be rebuilt and filled ready for spraying including strengthening at all the mounting points. So i went to B&Q and bought some of their finest honeycomb steal for £13 and borrowed filler fibre glass paste and hardener of an uncle of mine and here is what turned out......
