No Worries mate. Opticrom or Optrex Allegry are the two popular "sod cromoglycate" brands.10ml size is better value than 5 ml. Another useful alternative(and a different drug/mode of action) is OTRIVINE-ANTISTIN eye drops. works within 5/10 minutes, but does sting when you first put them in(but only for a minute -I promise!!!)

Cetirizine 10mg or loratidine 10mg are now the first choice . Those of you who suffer should be taking one EVERY MORNING this time of year. Ask your local pharmacist for a 30 tab pack of unbranded cetirizine or loratidine.(dont buy expensive branded 7 day packs of tablets) For those of you who find this does not give adequate control, add on a Beclomethasone(Beconase ) steroid nasal spray. This too needs to be used EVERY DAY REGULARLY(well twice a day actually) This needs 3/4 days to kick in properly so dont stop till the end of the season. Where eyes are the main problem add on some Sodium Cromoglycate eye drops(ask your pharacist which brands he has. Same thing as the tablets and the sprays . USE THEM EVERY DAY. If the above TRIPLE therapy is still leaving you with uncontrolled symptoms then you really will need to consult your GP(doctor). But I am confident that 95 out of 100 people will be well controlled on the above regime. Ya got that! Print it off and take a copy to your local pharacy!!!There are some big words with more than 3 letters in them!!!!

Yep it woz hot 2day!. I got there bout 8.30Am, parked in fire up road, signed on ,and waited. I was about 10th pair out to run. The track was well prepped and I ran a 15.20 straight off. Traction seemed OK, so 2nd run I just launched a bit harder. Ran a 15.142 at 91.46 mph terminal. 60ft time of 2.19. My best run of the season, showing that headers on an N/A are well worth doing. Just for the recored, the spec for that run was...... Standard fully trimmed car. Standard spec Import N/A EXCEPT for Stillen High Flow intake system," E-bay" sourced tubular headers matched to full custom build zorst by Blueflame. Pair rear Kumho V70A 245/45-16 road legal track tyres at 12-14 lbs pressure. I'm now launching at over 4000 revs and pulling 7000 plus in all the gears, :shock: so I dont think there is much more to come from this spec!!! I need more power!!!(but NOT TURBOS!!!!) :slap:

There is no doubt at all that huge numbers of members, including me will wish to contribute. The way forward is for those who know the family to decide on the most suitable method/response and then start a new thread for that purpose. Hopefully I will have some input into this thread later this week concerning N/A headers. I was speaking to Mike at MJP today who supplies Stillen headers. He confirmed that they can be fitted to JDM cars, but some modification is rerquired. As he doesnt fit them personally then he couldnt tell me how much modding is needed. I have some "ebay headers", which my local guys are going to have a go at fitting this week. :bow: So Ill let you know!!! :confused: :confused: The ebay supplier has stated in writing that he will refund the purchase price if they do not fit.(but not the labour costs). that seems fair to me. Just watch this post!!! :D :D
