  7. ive finally got my car sorted after pestering my wife for three years, its had veilside c2 skirts and rear apron(already had the c1 bumper) gemini flip respray and cream leather retrim with embroided 'z' logo, ive de spoilered it and de rear wipered it :hyper: :hyper: i got it back last tuesday after two and half weeks, trouble is summers gone, crappy weathers here, so its gonna be in my garage for another 4 months :headvswal sorry for this post but i had to tell someone who might apreciate it   Cheers Si
  8. shame your garage aint closer mate
  9. Hi, maybe this is a bit of a silly question but as anyone ever had any trouble passing an MOT cos their car was too low, the reason i ask this is cos the last time i had my MOT my veilside front end only just cleared the rollers that they check the breaks and stuff. the guy who did the MOT reckoned he's had to turn boy racers away cos their cars were too low. and now ive had veilside sideskirts and im a bit worried it wont fit on the rollers. plus whats the crack with MOT prices these days they've doubled in price at my 2 local garages and teir not doin free re-tests no wonder theirs so many cars with no MOT on the road. Cheers Si
  10. Cheers guys, thanks for the feedback.
  11. Hi, my TT is in the bodyshop haveing a veilside kit fitted and flip paint ( :hyper: ). im getting rid of the spoiler and rear wiper and also the aerial which brings me to my question, seen as im getting shut of the wiper ive no need for the washer jet so im thinking of putting a small bee-sting aerial in the hole were the washer jet is, does anyone know if this is possible and/or know of any problems in doing this. any sugestions would be apreciated Cheers Si
  12. will do mate, thanks for your help seems that nemesis could be out of buisness been talkin to a couple of dealers and they said there are strong rumours they have finished but they dont know for sure, they also say veilside japan could be finished soon aswell. Thanks again.
  13. Cheers mate, il see how i get on and let you know.
  14. Ive seen plenty of replica veilside c2 skirts(the shark kit) but no C1s. i didnt really want copies but looks like i may have to settle for them.
  15. strange!... it says on their answer phone that they're re-locating and 3 of the other dealers say the same.
  16. Hi, im looking for some Veilside C1 skirts and C1 rear apron, I cant get hold of nemesis performance despite numerous amounts of phone calls and emails which dont get answered. Ive tried other dealers but they all seem to use nemesis as their suppliers and they all say orders are backing up because no one can get hold of them. It appears that nemesis are re-locating but even so this all seems very unprofesional and a strange way of getting business, 'cos would it be so hard to get calls re-directed and answer emails to get some business. sorry for spittin' my dummy out but im gettin' a bit miffed cos ive finally got the cash to get my car sorted and now i cant get hold of the parts:cry:   . I would appreciate any help or ideas anyone can give. Cheers

  18. thanx for the advice, i think its coming off when i (eventually) get a re-spray. and i'll get my wheels re-furbished :smash: :smash:
  19. re the tyres. i meant if i took them off altogether. would it make a difference, maybe the car would suffer from a little understeer.
  20. i just noticed the n/a came without a spoiler. and turbo with. so i just wondered if it was just cosmetic
  21. thinking of removing spoiler from ztt, will it make a difference to the handling?? what do you all think? are they only any use flat out on a track or just cosmetic. cheers in advance si
  22. cheaper than i thought :hyper: are they a DIY job
  23. thanks for your help guys, shouldnt the car fail the MOT on dodgey HICAS arms? or is the garage not as strict as people think are these the arms with the ball joint on? anyone know how many pennies to replace, thanks again for your help
  24. Hi my jap import twin turbo, seems to skip to the left when going over bumps in the road and living in the pot hole capital of the world(sheffield) this is quite often. its been doing this for over a year know but has got worse in the past three months, and has infact passed 2 MOTs (at a suposedly strict garage) the last one only a month ago, i read an article in japenese performance magazine saying that knackered propshafed bearings cuase the car to skip, could this be the problem? how big a job is this, and any ideas of cost as the birth of a second child is threatening to come between me and my car and i cant be having that :D :D :( :( (.....if my wifes reading this im only kidding)
