hi fella had a similar problem with mine, in my case the wheels that were on the car when i bought it were obviously the wrong size and had rubbed a hole through the arch liner and through the exspansion tank, so hence when the engine got hot and the cap lifted to let the water into the espansion tank it was going into the tank and then striaght onto the floor !!!! and hence losing water all day everyday! so cut my version of war and peace short, have you checked the exspanion tank to make sure its ok??? rich
