  5. hi all just stripped the master cylinder of my zed and am about to put my new one on. BUT do i need to put any sealant/instant gasket between the cylinder and the booster thingy??? cheers richard
  6. i dont think so, i know the pads have what i think are wear indicators on them that touch the disk when they are getting down, and make a horrible scraping noise (well mine did) so it could be them?
  7. could be worn out pads or a sticking pistion in the caliper

  14. i is there any damage or patching needs doing, the best thing to remember that prep is 99 % of the job i would wet flat it down with 800 and prob 1200 before primer, use some fairy liqiud in the water and it will make the job much easier! then once you have put it in primer do the same and flat it off before your top coat. anyone else?
