If it's being sold as a Cat D, that's a good sign your dealing with someone who's not trying to have your pants down! Cat D doesn't need to be declared by the seller. As said above it only needs an MOT to go back on the road and If it's had a few since the accident it's prob ok. If you want a HPI done for further peace of mind inbox me the reg.

I had a set of 18 BBS (Dish) Split rims and was quoted between £400-450 for the work you need doing. I know a lot of people who use this guy and have never been dissapointed with his work.
