  1. general rule of thumb its 28 days, but worth a try. failing that put them on ebay.
  2. Yeah was £19 inc postage but a fair price all in, bit of a gamble though but will report as soon as it arrives and working lol.
  3. Can we get any for the indicator holes?! I think they are more useful than fog ones lol. May go for both :tt2:
  4. I ordered one of the conzult jobbies off ebay for 1p lol... cant wait to have a play as long as it works
  5. Yep I like the UK blanks LOTS better. but mine are out at the mo as I want to try and create some sort of ducts for the 'coolers
  6. nice find!
  7. just noticed the bonnets been louvered... thats pretty cool but shame about the scoop
  8. very tidy indeed! what with the plastic bag looking thing?
  9. Looks like a bargain for a grand! Even if it has been chavved up a bit :euro:
  10. Mine run out of tax end of feb, but now on SORN. The reason for this is as I have loads to do this month, so thought I'd hold out until start of next month, then it'll be taxed april - october so I get the best of the summer months
  11. I don't even have one!! :tt2: (at the mo at least, until I relocate the battery to the boot)
  12. I'm guessing you have fields and stuff near your house? The most random thing our last cat brought in was a loaf of bread and a fooking hamster
  13. never been in one myself, but must admit I do like the look of them, just not as much as the Z.
  14. Or a custom jobbie adapted from a standard one? :detective: either way I LIKEY :cool2:
  15. meh who cares if it goes wrong - cant look much worse than the multi-red finish! :D
  16. its a possibility - just like a 5 stud wheel with only 4 nuts on. give it a damn good checkover, if its something underneath I'm sure it'll stick out like a sore thumb.
  17. yeah should be able to check it like that underneath, but if its knackered you'll see it straight away as it'll be cracked around the rubber section - or even completely detached from the bearing!
  18. propshaft bearing fault is usually speed related - 50mph-60mph iirc.
  19. The paint is £1.99 per can, 500ml Lacquer is a bit more - about £6 per can, again 500ml about £120 in total for materials. I'm committed now so we'll see how it goes, like I said can always be changed.
  20. haha yeah just needs rubbing back down to white lol  cant wait to do the rest, but I HAVE to wait until the bodywork is sorted! :( not looking forward to the bonnet though lol!
  21. thanks guys  Got my mate sorting out a few blebs here and there then it'll be onto the rest of the car. I've had no painting experience apart from the odd satin black trim here and there lol. But I have a good understanding and hopefully it pays off! Already told the missus if we dont like it then I'll save up over the summer and get it done black at a bodyshop next winter
  22. hmmm white on white looks good for a rally car replica, but cant picture it on a Z
  23. Indeed keep your eyes peeled, you can get a manual TT needing bodywork etc, for anything from £500 upwards. Then make one good one out of the two. :)
