  1. Sorry to see it Andre... :( I can't stand old folk driving, winds me up no end and had several near misses. Hope your dad gets it sorted easy as possible, and hope they can match the paint!!
  2. Yeah I like the way he (or she?) took the sign out lol
  3. Just had a call from my mate to say he'd just driven past a Z that had a little whoopsie in the rain... so I dragged the mrs away from the TV and got her to drive whilst I acted photographer lol  anyone recognise it? couldn't make out the plate, but yellow SWB TT import... split rims...
  4. started first time after 12 years? wow.
  5. Seems like we've got a few manta fans on here! its a car I've never really considered, but looking back maybe I should have done!
  6. The 300zx is massively over-engineered, and theres plenty of stuff you can remove without it having a knock-on affect to the way it behaves. Just as a quick list - Air con (if you can do without it), AIVs, EGR system, PRVR, carbon canister, sound deadening etc theres quite a few more, best of all this is a free of charge modification and will be a noticable difference to the performance! ;)
  7. You've got a great spec list Kash, have you focussed attention on weight reduction at all?
  8. Put a thread in the wanted section for the bits you need, theres lots of people breaking zeds all the time.
  9. "one on the driver seat and one on the passenger seat."
  10. That looks ace Dan! very hot rod lol
  11. Can anyone spot it? :detective: ;) ;) http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/sports-car-seats-/110542607128?cmd=ViewItem&pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item19bcda5318

    Ddddddddddddddrifttttttttttttt
  14. My mate has just had a feature done on a local car club website, he's owned a Manta for 13 years, and its taken on lots of appearances... Everything he has done to it is DIY, and if he can't buy something for it, he'll make it. Even down to his rear ducktail spoiler. Its been compared to MADMAX on more than one occasion! For those who appreciate retro cars, read on... http://lincsdriver.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=44:christs-manta&catid=1:featured-stories&Itemid=15
  15. I had one about six years ago, the grunt and grip is phenomenal when they are tuned. I had a paddle clutch fitted then did my neck in chucking it into 2nd gear lol
  16. I was going to say, where have you heard that they have slow 0-60 times?
  17. Nice, how much did you pay for one in the end?
  18. Happy Birthday Dave
  19. I like the look of carbon bits all over, and definately keep the same colour. As for the wheels, a darak grey centre will do the job, but they do look pretty damn good already!
  20. If you claim the car then I'll buy some bits off you
  21. Yeah, they're both chavtastic :tt2: :tt2:
  22. Hate the front picture. I think it looks pretty cool from the rear.
  23. Double feck... thats what I meant :whistling:
  24. Can't wait to see it in the flesh, or see some finished pics and videos for now!!
  25. Welcome back, time for a name change? If you are struggling for a window let me know. I have one off an import (same as yours)
