hmmm theres no excessive oil usage, and the car doesn't smoke, so I'll be keeping my fingers crossed I think! Would the ECU check or conzult bring anything up?

haha I've just double checked - I thought they were, as they are both a teal blue colour, but the transmitter is T27.195 and the receiver in the car is R27.255. Is this the problem? :clap:

Fould this up in the loft - its a Tamiya Midnight Pumpkin :thumbup: Anyway, it used to work, but I've just put batteries in, and if the car and controller are both turned on, the car starts having a fit - full throttle and steering left and right! Touching the controller does nothing to alter or stop its tantrum. Any ideas???!! :whistling::blushing:

Sell it and let someone enjoy it thats going to appreciate it for what it is. Then buy another Audi. ;)

Its been like it for ages now but decided today to do something about it. Basically the left hand exhaust 'splutters' whereas the right hand one is as it should be. I changed the coil packs over left to right but its still the same, however I did notice the spark plug in the rear-right (looking from the front) had a bit of oil on the threads, not a great deal though. Would this indicate a problem? I've done a search but not really found the answers. What would I need to check now? :blink: thanks in advance, the car goes ok but I can't help but think its not as good as it could be! :scooter:

If I remember correctly, you'll need to swap one part for a UK version - probably the ECU - then it will change the limits for you.
