that Z come on ebay originally for £5500, then next time it was £3500, then £2200, now £1200 lol. horrid colour but got a few goodies on.

Yours is a later model than most others which will go for it... however £2500 may be a bit optimistic. I paid £1200 for my NA with 81k and a few aftermarket parts, but the paintwork isn't too great. Try advertising it on pistonheads for that much and see if you get any response, put some decent pics on the advert though, does my head in when theres pathetic pictures that do nothing for the car :lol:

the locks are probably stiff through lack of use... try spraying some wd40 into the lock and see if the key will at least ease it then... if it feels like its probably the right one then it may be a case of removing each barrel and stripping it, cleaning and lubricating all the parts and rebuilding. Its not that hard to do just a bit time consuming. :thumbup1:

the reason I'm converting mine to TT is that I want it faster, the NA goes well enough but I want that frantic acceleration on tap when I want to open it up on back roads dont forget though I already have a running TT that I can swap all the bits I'd possibly need, which helps when doing the conversion.

you ever owned a TT? far better IMO.. I'm converting my NA to TT soon but its easy for me as I have a complete car sitting here for a donor.

on your photobucket page hover the mouse over the pic you want to post, then copy the contents of the 'IMG' box (bottom one) straight into the forum post. Try it ;) lovely Z by the way. And I wish I had a GF that could use photoshop lol.
