Still undecided. I'll check out the others at this weekend's meet I reckon. Leaning towards getting rid at the moment.

Cheers for the input guys. I very nearly took it off whilst I was sorting the boot interior earlier. Reckon i'll think about it a bit more, expensive mistake if I take it off and change my mind lol.

I've been thinking about this for a while. As the tint is so dark there is a clear boundary between the front and rear of the car, which doesn't look right imo. I think they go well with the look I have at present with the dark wheels but I really want to change these to a lighter colour. Most probably silver with polished lip(very original I know!) or maybe white/gold with polished lip. But for now, what do you guys reckon on de tinting the windows?- Fuel saver
Perhaps just plugging a phone charger in will have equally impressive results?- Fuel saver
Where can I get one Jeff?? lol- Electrical idea. Need advice.
Exactly that :cool3:- Electrical idea. Need advice.
It is a short aerial on the near side of the front bumper to assist parking, raises about 10 inches.- Nissan's new GTR
It's defo being built, there is a two page article in this month's Evo magazine.- Electrical idea. Need advice.
Lol :scared:- Electrical idea. Need advice.
I only listen to mine once in a blue moon but would rather have the option. I seem to recall the guy who rewired my stereo for me saying there was two aerials. It was a right state all cut and taped wires. He sorted it all so it now works on the standard iso(?) connector so can be upgraded/changed easily. I like the idea of having a specific button to power it up and down. Even has the right icon and will be pretty unique.- Electrical idea. Need advice.
Mine used to, now it has a mind of it's own. Does my head in lol. It was fine until it went in for the last bit of paint, now goes up as soon as the stereo goes on.- Electrical idea. Need advice.
Not my fog light switch bud. Was going to use the switch for the parking mast, down by the clock. It was an option on Jdm only iirc. I've now deleted my parking mast so hoped to use this switch.- More Facking Problems!!!!!
And yes those spacers you linked will work.- More Facking Problems!!!!!
Your alloys may indeed have a different bore bud. But they may have had spigot rings fitted. Best bet is to measure them.- Electrical idea. Need advice.
Thanks bud. I might even attempt it myself. I'm chuffed it can be done. Means there isn't a defunct button on the dash, and the aerial isn't up when not needed and ruining the cars lines. Nice one.- I've joined the ranks....
You too bud. She performed faultlessy, think i might be in love again lol!!- 80 quid dash modification :-)
250 miles and counting. This is unheard of territory for my Zed!!- More Facking Problems!!!!!
You want 66.1 IIRC.- Electrical idea. Need advice.
So would i put the blue wire to the switch, then continue it as before? The parking must has an up/down and auto option btw.- just had a quote
Sounds good then Dave. Go for it, I would at that price and having seen his work.- Electrical idea. Need advice.
Right guys, as some of you may recall I have deleted the JDM parking mast from my bumper. I still have the button on the dash though obviously. Soooooo, i've been thinking!! As I mostly listen to music via my ipod/cd and hate the look of the raised aerial. Is it possible to rig this button up to raise/lower the aerial only when needed? i.e. when listening to the radio. As you know i'm a dumbass so it's probably a stupid idea and impossible, but thought i'd ask you clever lot on here. If it is possible surely it is a genius idea :innocent::yinyang: Any help/advice greatly appreciated - just had a quote
Price sounds good. Can't really tell the quality of a paint finish from photos though. If you've seen them personally though then you'll know. Good thinking on the sj, we're supposed to have snow on the way :-) - Thinking of losing the window tints. Opinions wanted.
