Mine is TK3 Blue isn't it?
Agreed. Pictures don't do the colour justice. Having seen AndrewG's and RichardSmith's in the metal it is a stunning colour on a Zed.

So would you recommend this as a first foray into the dark art of claying? http://www.cleanyourcar.co.uk/detailing-clay/sonus-sfx-ultra-fine-detailing-clay-sampler/prod_83.html- omg surely theres been a mistake :)
Am I right in thinking FJ will only insure UK cars that are garaged?- Advice please on this rotary polisher.
Yes, I use the 2 bucket method. Both with grit guards. No, I don't have clay but would like recommendations. I am going to use my van as a practice at this!! My last two cars have had full resprays so didn't warrant clay i don't think/ I have a few different waxes, not sure about sealant/ Thanks for all your advice so far. I am more than happy to pay a bit more initially to get the right kit :thumbup1:- Advice please on this rotary polisher.
Thanks bud. My bad, it was a DA I was after as it'll be my first machine polisher. Would I be better off getting the basic kit and different polishes then? I think for the money with the pads etc included it's a pretty good deal?- Advice please on this rotary polisher.
No need to apologise Gary, I appreciate the input.- does anyone actually like this new site format
+1- My New Toy.
Gratuitous pic as I tidied up the rear valance yesterday.- Advice please on this rotary polisher.
I have used these guys and yeah, their service is pretty good. The kits on the site are similarly priced tbh. I have had a few enquiries about doing some detailing as a side line so will recoup the cost fairly easily. I want one for my own vehicles anyhow. This is how my mr2 looks after a clean on monday Got some new products for the wheels and they came up pretty good So yeah, you could say I've got the bug :cool2:- Advice please on this rotary polisher.
I think it's a fairly compact one Gary, similar in size to the Megs G220.- Advice please on this rotary polisher.
What do you guys reckon who know more about this stuff than me. This machine is highly rated but should I look at cheaper alternatives. Buy right, buy once if I can. http://www.i4detailing.co.uk/acatalog/Britemax_DAS-6_Polish_Seal_Wax_Kit_1.html- Been cleaning my mates scooby
Nice job!! Did you use a machine polisher?- rear speakers
Like Mark says, if you have the Bose speakers they have their own amp. Quite common for these to fail. - Advice please on this rotary polisher.
