Agreed. Pictures don't do the colour justice. Having seen AndrewG's and RichardSmith's in the metal it is a stunning colour on a Zed.

Yes, I use the 2 bucket method. Both with grit guards. No, I don't have clay but would like recommendations. I am going to use my van as a practice at this!! My last two cars have had full resprays so didn't warrant clay i don't think/ I have a few different waxes, not sure about sealant/ Thanks for all your advice so far. I am more than happy to pay a bit more initially to get the right kit :thumbup1:

Thanks bud. My bad, it was a DA I was after as it'll be my first machine polisher. Would I be better off getting the basic kit and different polishes then? I think for the money with the pads etc included it's a pretty good deal?

Gratuitous pic as I tidied up the rear valance yesterday.

I have used these guys and yeah, their service is pretty good. The kits on the site are similarly priced tbh. I have had a few enquiries about doing some detailing as a side line so will recoup the cost fairly easily. I want one for my own vehicles anyhow. This is how my mr2 looks after a clean on monday Got some new products for the wheels and they came up pretty good So yeah, you could say I've got the bug :cool2:

I think it's a fairly compact one Gary, similar in size to the Megs G220.

Like Mark says, if you have the Bose speakers they have their own amp. Quite common for these to fail.
