  1. Could be the new girl janes. She's north east area and has just bought a yellow z.
  2. Wow, thats one sweet ride. no wonder you're chuffed lol. Loving the bodykit and wheels :) Anyone know what front splitter that is and does it just fit over the stock front? i kinda want one.
  3. I'm being totally serious here when i say i think i could actually make that myself out of MDF, fiberglass and filler. not joking. Peter
  4. Loving the car, really nice. I'd like to see the rear mudflaps body coloured to blend with the sideskirts :)
  5. I'm into ac/dc at the mo. Iron man 2 soundtrack. Great driving tunes on there. I do also have the back to the future soundtrack in the car too. My fave film. :) peter
  6. Welcome to the club Janus. Female, lives close to me, wants a Z.......I feel a marriage proposal coming on. :) I'm with MCE. They aren't that bad if all else fails. Peter.
  7. Thats good to know :) Thanks for that. The iPhone is by far the best gadget i've ever bought.
  8. Just a quick question in case anyone is in the know. If i were to buy a new i phone 4 (not that i can afford it yet) would i be able to upload all my existing apps from my 3gs 16gig through iTunes or would i have to buy them all again? This would be a major part of the deciding process. Cheers Peter
  9. The ones that look spot on have large wheel spacers to match the body but a local Automotive engineering place said they are dangerous, one of the reasons i didn't get it. Was looking at this the same time as i bought the Z. Happy with my choice though :)
  10. that is the WORST F40 replica i have ever seen. there was one in the Bodyshop i use once and i thouught THAT was bad but.......... I agree with the MR2 idea. I almost bought a White replica on an MR2. was hard to tell from the real thing. Plus, you get cheap servicing, better MPG etc. Peter
  11. That blue Z looks so unusual with those headlights Nice pics :)
  12. The 348tb just happens to be my fave ferrari :)
  13. On the note of the Tuscan (no pun intended), i always thought that looked damn ugly too.
  14. Once again i agree with Si on the Juke. Juke looks Puke. The states definately get the better selection of Jap cars. some Hondas look better over there too. Peter
  15. definately keep it. I've seen a few odd sights recently. old people in flat caps driving suped up Pug 205's and a guy almost 70 buying a 500+ brake supra from a local importer who specifically asked for lots of carbon fibre to be ADDED to the already modded shell.:alien: Just keep it and enjoy it, plus, who cares what others think. :) Peter
  16. Holy shit, that's some expensive caliper paint. Wouldn't care but Savage do some decent stuff. Used their spray tint a few times. I always use Hamerite direct to metal smooth for mine. works a treat :)
  17. What did you paint them with for them not to dry?? Washing up liquid? Most caliper paints dry fairly quickly. to touch within 1-2 hours and totally hard within 6 Peter
  18. Was it an accident.....or.....what had you done to deserve this?? deny her that pair of shoes shes been after  Peter
  19. Sikoflex is the best stuff you can use. i believe this would probably hold a car together given the chance. i've stuck several spoilers on different cars with this and they've never budged an inch. Doesn't really matter where you put it, just put lots on and stick it down. you won't need to clamp it unless the fit is slightly off. It sets fairly rapidly too. My advice though is to fit the spoiler then repaint the spoiler and boot lid all in one go Peter
  20. welcome mate. Glad you're going back to a Z :) Peter
  21. You've got a knack for photography mate. they are some awesome shots.
  22. Cheers, that helps a lot. I'm thinking of getting them and mounting sidelights on the inside duct and getting the edges filled and blended with the stock bumper. I want a slightly different look but not sure if i want to go the whole hog bodykit wise. Peter
  23. so basically i have to live with it :( Would fiberglass be any different, like if i bought an aftermarket bumper? Peter
  24. Cheers mate. Any with the ducts painted the same colour as the car?
