full de-cat with no money spent and mot time it looks like the cats are fitted;)...motor spools up faster and sounds a little louder. you are aware of turbo seal issues after de-catting arnt ya mate..hit the search button and read;)

before you take cas off 1st check the connector terminals are ok and a temp sensor for a nissan micra has the same volt and resistance value iff your stuck;)

try undoing the fuel line a tad in the engine bay to release pressure and after the fuel has dried a bit then turn on ign and see iff pump kicks in
