Cars after Aug 92 have to have cats emission tests, but as their is no emissions data for the 300zx (!) they must test the car as a non-cat equipped car. Until 1995 when they all had to be tested, wether or not they had emissions data or not.

yes, luke will send them by Courier. no problems with mine when ordered the other week. They are very well packed. (Nissan dealer would have to get them in from Germany (european distribution hub) or Japan, would cost you more and take longer.)

Stock Zed will beat an E36, especially at the top end. Stock E46 slightly quicker, but nothing a bit of extra boost could'nt sort.
