1. Not missed you at all :whistling:.
2. Good call using her money...nice one bud :thumbup1:.
3. Great to see vids like this, should of shown the back lights though Bri in action .
4. Check again all your tail lights, there are two stop/tails in each top chamber. If all are good then perhaps one or more are led type and this will make your dash light error. Make sure a box type thing is present on the R/H side tail light as this is the bulb out sensor/sender. Replace poor stock bulbs with a H3 55W 4300K, 5000K or 6000K HID kit, a £20.00 kit on ebay will do :cool3:.
5. Yeah but think about, at least there he wouldn't have a thing to worry about......or would he in the afterlife . Rip it off and do it all again .
6. Thanks for all the kind comments on the how-to thread but it as got me wondering as nobody seen this vid of them tonight :confused1:.
7. We all have different skills and my guess is not many will know how to tap a hole, there's a great deal of satisfaction in doing it yourself though :whistling:. The nose panels bolts do not need to be super duper tight so surprised you have an issue here John .
8. Sorry I don't know but I have embedded your pic to help others :cool3:.
9. I have done a 'How-To' on this job but please don't post comments there, put your opinions and call me a loon on this thread please . Here is my usual video and of course I cannot resist a bit of a walk around, my interior is currently out though, my illuminated reverse light panel is being upgraded and my clock faces are odd and will be sorted, so please forgive these for now !! 10. I drenched mine in petrol :cool3:.
11. You've been watching too much Roary the Racing Car :cool3:.
12. Same for me and good to see Brian :cool3:.
13. When you press this 'bulge' you are obviously making the circuit, suggest you go through all the philips bolt screws on the rear , turn them out a touch and then nip back up, see if that helps :cool3:.
14. Yes it should be buzzing away, it is feeding all 6 faces with a wire to each so it's unimaginable that all the faces have failed, you cannot even connect up incorrectly either as they only plug one way or not at all, sounds to me like your inverter as failed or very simply it aint connected up .
15. He's in lumber lets not beat about the bush here, the ladies have an uncanny knack of telling if flowers are bought from these locations :detective:.
16. You should also check and see if the inverter is buzzing when you switch your sidelights on. Your needles should still be stock red illuminated though with as Graham says the clocks 4 back light bulbs, just that you cannot see the dial faces they are sat in front of . Depending on what glue is holding them on yes they will pull or pry off but will leave no doubt some unsightly residue.
17. He thinks he's got venison but we all know what it is likely to be :whistling:.
18. Just exchanging cards with my beautiful wife, I have offered to take her to BurgerKing but she is not keen, anybody want my 2 meals for £7.00 voucher as it needs using up :whistling:.
19. Not sure if you've seen this before, I have just noticed as well the reverse lights are not working - these been fixed :detective:. Think I need to change the title of it now !!
20. Add one, what set me off I got a set of S4 onwards clocks from Japan with a boost gauge. Sure for S4, S5 and the final 99 model all these used the same clocks. Back to the ebay one, it would have to be the 160mph one instead of the 180mph which is putting me off a touch although I will never do this speed, not sure what the 180kmh ones are for, perhaps a Z stuck in 2nd gear . http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?166978-OEM-Turbo-Boost-Gauge-on-a-1994-Series-4&highlight=
21. I have done this now and have loads of pics on the bench, the weather is forecast to be much better tomorrow so I'm gonna fit them and take day and night pics and a vid, but for now here's a little teaser which to be fair is the wrong way up, but is all you're getting !!
22. I have been looking and looking at these, seem tremendous value for money with plenty of options and I notice there is even a small hole for the low fuel light which is something on my current indiglos I don't have :mad2:. As I have added a boost gauge to my clocks I now really need something new with 6 matching faces. Not sure on these though if I would of liked to of seen the red 300ZX on the rev counter as well to balance it up, maybe just me !! Also wonder if they come with a dimmer control. Here is the ebay link http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/130850671118?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649 And a pic, I'm thinking white with blue illumination :cool3:.
23. Nice, I wanted that but could not go to a N as mine is a M .
24. I've edited post 5, haha :2guns:.
25. I do and yes pretty much you are correct but someone as translated it from Japanese and so is not 100% accurate, perhaps Wikipedia might be best for something similar :cool3:.
