Building a set of a dozen new carbon arrows (installed points, fletched and nocked them) and tuned them to within +/-0.1 of a grain. Shot them tonight, 4" groups at 60 yds :) Can't wait to see what they're like at 100 yds.

Dave, there's a bit of a saga but they were actually about the same as stock manual turbos. Bird, I meant the outright top speed - it won't do 180 any more - but that's fine by me 'cos that's not very usable anyway. By the way, mate, I know what you are going through with your car. I've had to have new turbos and the engine is currently being rebuilt :(

I've got auto turbos in my manual car. The acceleration is noticably quicker due to the boost kicking in at lower revs. It makes it a lot more usable driving around cities and the only sacrifice is a bit of top speed.

"can 100% guarantee that it does run" IS NOT THE SAME AS "it runs at 100%" Funky Si, FWIW, I reckon you should be cautious and get some professional legal advice if you are thinking of taking this to court because at the moment he could counter-claim and sue you for libel. If he actually told you that the engine was fully working and of a decent quality then you will win (obviously), but I can see no evidence that he has. For the record, I don't know either Funky Si or Gixxar personally - I'm just getting tired of seeing all this needless slagging off and blinkered judgementalism (though that seems par for the course around here these days). Let's all just try to be adult about things and go through the proper channels, eh?
