Had a look for how to flush the rad...Cant find anything I'm quite happy doing it on my Megane but dont wanna risk anything on my Zed. It runs hotter and I'm weary of the the tubs over heating. Anyone know of any links that'll be of use to me, or anything to add to Andyduff's advice Thanks in advance Andrew

Hi everyone I've just searched through the site looking for this problem...no luck. I checked the level of the water in the plactic tank (for the rad) on the pasengers side and there is what seems like clay at the bottom.... Anyone else got this prob?? Will it be in the rest of the cooling system and do I need to flush it?? The engine doesnt over heat though. Thanks

Try Adrian Flux or Hyperformance for you insurance. There are loads of threads on here advising new buyers. It helped me out loads!

Right, I know its been asked loads of times but I'm having a blonde moment. :slap: Do I need H3 or H3C bulbs for my Zed? Dont want to spend a small fortune driving to Halfords, only to find I've bought the wrong ones! Any ideas on the part no. for some PIAA's??? Cheers Andrew

Just had a look at the link about modding lights. Still cant see the pic Jock! Looked at http://www.priracing.com but cant see any H3C bulbs. Am I just being a mong or arent there any there! Anyone know part numbers for bulbs?

I get about the same. Drive to Reading every weekend, uses about quarter of a tank each way. Boot it on the way back and uses over half. if i stay between 70-80, its not to bad, just boring! On the way back however :duffer: :duffer: :duffer: :duffer: , thirsty stuff

Hi Simon Been reading all your posts...great! :p I've got a 10 year old Zed with 94k miles. I dont know what oil the previous owner put in. I read somewhere in this site that you shouldnt mix mineral and synthetic oils. Obviously I'll drain the old oil and change the filter. Something about one of the oils releasing all the sludge thats built up in the engine??? Oh yeah, do you know how mush engine oil the Zed takes?? Thanks Andrew

I think something is up with my auto box :( I've gone though old threads about vib probs and all seem to be speed/prop shaft related. I feel a vib as soon as I start the car, its there in all gears, I think its still apparant in neutral, will go and check. It comes up through the seat, same as if the wheels arent balanced properly. Dont know if its related.... Driving at 80mph, floor the throttle, seems to go into neutral, revs shoot up to about 7500, no more power. Throttle back, goes back into 4th, all is fine. Til I try floor it again. Only happens when I'm going fast in 4th. Any help will be greatly appreciated Thanks
