  3. Well, was on the way to the MOT this morning as i was booked in, got to the garage to put some fuel in, and noticed my number plate had fallen off the front after i had mounted it last night. Anyway, went down the local number plate makers, and realised id forgot my licence, so had to run back home to get it, came out of my drive, got to the mini round about 1/10th of a mile from my home and the old bill pulled in behind me, followed me all the way to the number plate place, and he stopped with me, anyway he pulled me over for not have a plate on the front of the car. after standing there while he checked my details and my car, i explained to him that i was on my way to the MOT and that i lost the number plate and had to get a new one, any way he left me too it, but made me late for the MOT. by the time i had got there they had someone else's car already on the ramps as they thought i was a no show, and ive now had to rebook the damn thing. pee'ed off isnt the word. Since ive changed the bumper last year, didnt get stopped once for having the number plate in the window, and get pulled the day of the damn MOT so end up missing it.

  14. Np matey, common thing on these cars for some strange reason. might be an idea though to eventually renew all the fuel lines in the engine bay. Reason i say this, is a member of the forum came to me with a fuel leak, turns out it was leaking because the clip had been tightened up at some point to stop a similar leak, and had actually split the rubber fuel pipe more. So although for now its a quick and easy fix just to tighten the clips, in the long run you might actually benefit more from just renewing the tubing with some fresh stuff, there isn't a lot even though some of them are fiddly. just remember its easier to replace a bit of tube once its been warmed up as its way more flexible.
  15. looks stunning mate, (even if i don't like high level spoilers) But that's your choice not mine, doesn't stop her looking stunning though. did you have a full body respray? or just the bits needed, and yes the fog light ducts look good like that.

  21. check all fuel lines, is the basic techniques, start at the pipe leading to the fuel filter on the passenger side, up onto the fuel rail, the small pipe leading to the FPR, there is also a fuel pipe at the front of the engine, that joins the two fuel injector rails together it could be that one, its under the throttle linkage.
  22. Signed, but it won't change, they need to cover the costs else where if they lower it
