One of the mechanics at the main merc dealership in notts took an SLK out for a test drive after servicing it and wrapped it round a tree , then ran back to the garage and pretended he didn,t know owt about it :headvswal :headvswal :x: Another took an ML out and the bonnet flew up and smacked the front edge of the roof and smashing the windscreen as well , the owner only found out when he happened to spot it on the back of our truck , on it,s way to be repaired :x: :x: oops !!!!

Yes bud the pipes connect back to the matrix feed pipes , it usually comes off the matrix pipes around under the plenum , through the throttle bodies then down to the tubbs before returning to the matrix feed pipes :headvswal . Not sure on the egr question :mac1: This might help , the blue pipes are the new feed and returns , the metal pipe going straight over the right hand tub is one of the return or feeds, don,t know which. :o HTH

I,ve just had the same happen to mine on the same plug , swapped the coil pack and plug and it ran fine again , two days later the same thing happened :confused: so i thought it must be a broken wire on the coil pack plug . When i thought back to the first time when we took the plug out i remembered it was dry so today i moved the wires to the injector plug and hey presto it was running on six , too the plug off expecting to find a broken wire but no the injector terminals were green :headvswal cleaned em up and she,s purring again now :hyper: :hyper: Don,t ya just love it when a job turns out to be easier than you thought it was gonna be :dance: :dance: :dance:

Just one of those and i could pay my house off and everything else i owe :cry: :cry: :cry: Not bad for kicking a bag of wind around a field :headvswal

IIRC they go into a black box under the centre console , i,ve just cut mine after de-catting and tied the wires up , got no warning lights on :hyper: :hyper:
