If you do the EGR as already mentioned the nut is on the pipe going to the exhaust , once removed simply cut the pipe to release the nut , drop a 5 pence piece in the hole where the pipe went into the manifold and screw the nut back in , it,s a perfect size blanking plug :D :D :hyper:

We,ve got an orange Focus ST in at the mo for repairs and a re-paint , i,ve been told it IS the same colour as the lambo,s :confused: :confused:

I don,t get any excessive sooting of the exhaust and it,s de-catted and just sailed through it,s mot !!!! I did actually fit a pair of after market ones , the running was the same but it just surged up and down on tickover and stalled :confused: unplugged them and it run as sweet as a nut , so left it at that :D

Yes bud , from a place called Extons in bulwell notts , thing is being a DXA model it had automixing for the 2 stroke oil and i never gave it a thought about not mixing enough oil for the now larger barrel and piston so it siezed a few times before i realised the problem and put some oil in the tank as well , problem solved :D BTW their still trading ,you never know they might have some old stock ! We were paying £16 for the conversion kit !!!! :rofl: :rofl:
