Yes bud a guy from grantham ( i think ) built a yellow one with the full 400kit and Revolution wheels , 24v Senator lump slightly tuned running around 250 bhp , i was the first feature car in Retro magazine when it first came out years ago . I was in the owners club and this guy came to the mids meets , cracking car but had to seam weld the bulkhead area as it was trying to pull the car apart !! The 24 v engine fits straight onto a 2.0 gte gearbox and the 16v astra engine fits straight onto the 1800gtj gearbox :dance: :dance: HTH

  11. I did mine with wheel silver and a coat of laquer, all aerosols and i have Hid,s , no heat issues at all :dance: As for prising the glass up using screw drivers :nono: much safer to use a paint scraper or anything with a wide blade , far less chance of chipping or cracking the glass :dance:

  17. I,ve had mine for nearly four years now and i still can,t help looking and admiring the stunning looks of these cars , i also use it as a daily driver and if i miss a days driving i start to get withdrawel symptons and go out for a spin !!! Long live the zed :bow: :bow: :bow:

Frost Automotive do a good range , used one to do mine with :dance: :dance: It,s a dirty and time consuming job , it,s not the polishing that takes time it,s sanding the alloy smooth, starting with coarse grades i used 80grit on a DA sander then used finer grades 120grit , 180 grit and 320 grit before polishing . The better job of sanding you do the easier the polishing will be :dance: The kit with a fuel filter i polished and my plenum :bow:
