I,ve got the same problem , doesn,t smoke whilst running normally or under boost but when i stop and ticking over i,ll get just a quick puff of smoke from the n/s but only occasionally :confused: , i,ve just replaced my PCV valves and pipes and guess what ... IT STILL DOES IT :headvswal :headvswal and my old valves were deffo knackered !!! its doing my tree in . By the way you,ll need some very long nose pliers to get to the sprung clips around the pipes but their not bad to do , i hope it solves yours :D

The pipes are held on to the matrix with four screws on each , if you buy a new matrix the pipes don,t come with it , you,d have to order these as well . The pipes look like their made of brass , are you sure it,s these that are your problem and not the plastic valve on the side of the matrix , again this would need ordering as well , just a bit confused , got a piccy here to give you an idea .HTH

I hired a kit from a local tool hire shop , you got a half inch router a brand new router bit the worktop jig and an instuction video as well , it was quite easy to do :hyper: bloody messy though :headvswal
