This is exactly what i,m getting , sit at the lights , fully warmed up and occasionally i,ll get a puff :x: of white ,not grey , smoke from the n/s zorst. A workmate followed me the other morning and as you do i had to press the GO pedal ( i know , show off eh :smash: ) he said when i floored it there was a quick puff os smoke but only when i initially hit the excelerator and it was white after that it was clean :confused: Now my way of thinking would be that if the seals were on there way out it would smoke more under boost , as you,ve got the high pressures being forced into the plenum carrying the oil seeping past the seals , also your oil is being forced past the worn seals cos you revving the engine hard and the pressures are higher :confused: :confused: :confused: Did my PCV,s the other week so i know their sorted HELP it,s doing my tree in . If the rattle sounds like its coming from behind the cam covers , it could be the VVT springs that have weakened , mine sometimes rattles but mainly on tickover , as soon as you pick the revs up a bit it goes. Supposed to be very easy to change HTH :D

Took the missus to see Whitesnake at Birmingham Arene last night , i was really looking forward to this , been a fan for years. We get in , watch the support act called ..The Answer ..an irish rock band , not bad , a bit led zepellin-ish. Whitesnake come on , do the first song then tells everyone he wasn,t feeling well but he,d soldier on but every time there was an instrumental bit he was running off stage and re,appearing when the vocals started. This went on for four songs , then he just says he can,t carry on , he was throwing up backstage and they,ll have to cancell and re- organise the gig for another night :cry: :cry: As you can imagine there were alot of dissapointed folk there . :headvswal Ah well , looks like another drive to birmingham one night. :headvswal
