I wish all zeds could be in the condition this is in , seems like the 50k km on the clock must be genuine , very low mileage of around 35k !! sills are being smoothed , it had the usual jacking damage on the flanges and a few dints in the sills but not a spec of rust :thumbup:by far the cleanest one i,ve ever worked on . Bonded the tailgate skin on and glassed over the joint with a few laminations of glassfibre , that,s all smoothed , filled and primed now .
  7. Yes bud it was in the last couple of weeks . just thought i,d put a heads up on here as i,d seen it on facebook and not everyone uses it .

Chunk known to many members and has been involved in a serious accident on the motorway , he was airlifted to hospital and has sustained very serious injuries to his one remaining leg , as far i know he broke his tib , fib and femur and serious injuries to his ankle as well as broken some ribs and other stuff , thankfully he,s off a ventilator and is on the road to recovery after a few ops , i,d like to wish him a speedy recovery so he can get back to his drifting .

  14. Loosen the nut but leave it on the last few threads then thump the hell out of it , right left right left continuously causing a shock and rocking motion , they usually pop loose :thumbup1::thumbup1:
  15. The washer slipped between the bottom hinge and door works well and only takes a few minutes, just make sure the hole in the washer is big enough cos the bolts have shoulders on them so the hole has to be big enough for the shoulder to fit through . hth

A few pics for you Your the only customer i,ve had who rode home in the pouring rain on racer , people will think what,s unusual about that , Ashleys lives in Walsall , 60 miles away from and did the same to pick his car up !!!
