well that sounds like a good idea to me topper. i was just about to start a thead to c if anyone would mind a trip to the sticks myself. but for diff reasons. got prob wiv zed n would like to av a look inside the engine bay to follow some pipe's as i've found two wiv bolts stuck in them that im sure shunt be there. any offers please.

i had my car at thor this weekend and was told that it was detin. am i rite in reading that if i get a code 34 on the ecu then the car is detonating and if i dont get the code the sensor could be knacked

after my visit to thor yesterday. and a no run :confused: . i've spent the morning lookin for pipes that might not be conected. was told poss the turbo actuator. found a pipe with a bolt clamped into it. now for the teci bit(not).on the metal pipe which the rubber pipe joins the throttle body's there is a small T off with a rubber pipe about 1.5cm coming off of it, this then goes around the back of the engine and joins the same place on the other side. at the back of the engine there is a Tpiece with a small piece of hose with a bolt clamped in it. does this sound right. can anyone help me with this. thank in advance. please

well i joined the crew at thor today, just to meet some of em n c what i cud do to my car,performance etc. all was well until i put mine on, which i was'nt going to but you no when in rome n all. glad i did i think, neva went over 3500rev's cos there was a boost pressure of 1.8. they thought it migth be a pipe off the turbo actuator is there anyone can point me in the right direction to check this or shed some more light on the matter. as far as i no thr car is standard. thanks in advance to all who can help.

just done plugs new apexi filter, oil. is it poss for me to do a boost leak test.i'll leave it a week to see what turn's u on here. or i'll av to mail you . thanks

going bac to sandman's bit on the ecu test.it's easy. go to http://www.zedworld.co.uk. find the service&hints page n u'll find how to do the test on there. also the codes as to whats wrong if anything. alot cheaper than getting a garage out. n from pass experience they dont no what to do either unless they've had a few in before

:confused:can anyone help with this? if i've bin cruising at about 50/60mph for a while then floor it. when it kicks down i sometimes get a cloud of black smoke come out :eek: . someone told me that this is prob just un-burnt fuel. after that it dont smoke when booted just after cruisin.. it's a jap auto 92tt. i think standard. i no cruisin sound boring but it's nearlly as nice as thraping it

this ACL2 then i take it that this is something of an extra then in what way doe's it change behavior of the box. for the better i no but how.

once again another thread i wish i'd left alone :slap: every time i come on here there's alway's some thing else to do :cry: i got the oil mid engine thing. it was re-built by nissan by previous owner. due to high crank pressure. said it was cracked pistion. got work sheet n no new pcv valve on it. nuts bolts etc but not the valve's :xxx: .n the one's on the engine look to b original one's. so off to the bank again. thanks too who ever left link to fit em. . anyone no who's best to get them from :rolleyes:

i got to join scottywil in handing out the thanks found the pipe from your pic vijay n give it a squrt n some up the air intake too, er dint like that much. aint noticed any diff but it's all goto help

hi dizzi, i just bought one from luke at ZCENTRE. £141.00 to the door. ordered mon got it wed. just put it on, not too hard a job more fiddlly than owt. i took the bumper off to make it easier. took about 6 hours in total.

mine does this too. what's the IACV valve n where is it . dont no owt about engine's but willin to learn.

so who is the new man for the north west then.
