I'm not even convinced he was given duff advice, a solicitor would see the evidence, see the proposed offences and on their clients admission / denial suggest what to plead. Were other people stopped and prosecuted? Cases won't even get to court unless CPS feel they have something like a 70% chance of finding the defendant guilty!

No real sympathy, sorry, but we all know the risks and the dangers of racing, got off lightly by the looks of it! If you are not prepared to lose your licence don't do things that risk it happening! But on the point of not prosecuting the other driver and it being discrimination, that b*****ks, so if two burglars ran from your house and the police only caught one then they shouldn't do anything, it's unfair because one got away? And the only people who can say they were in your house are the police. Yeah, let them off, only a police officers word! It does appear the police have AGAIN done nothing wrong, the DRIVER in fact had. Racing has been an offence for a long time and carried a ban.

That would equate to full throttle all the time!

Who in their tiny right minds would want to go in that house? Essentially the only criteria you need to meet is that you are often subject to public ridicule, they are a bunch of weirdo's!

I like them, they retain the original five spoke theme, however I don't think they look like 19's but I can't put my finger on it.

What is the cooler under the air intake?

I have a UK TT Auto and I am going to upgrade the radiator, however we have an internal auto gearbox oil cooler. The majority of aftermarket rads don't seem to cater for us auto owners. Have any other owners upgraded? Did you buy a separate oil cooler? Thanks for your anticpated help. :bow:

Moral of the story, show plates for shows and legal plates for roads, you won't get a ticket and won't be £30 out of pocket!

Mine did that for a while, shortly after changing fuel lines, never found out why, doesn't do it anymore?
