I have Vista and use utorrent. BitComet and Azureus didn't seem to work.

I think you will also find that if you are given a £30 fine then DVLA are also notified and if you continue to flaunt it with an illegal number plate they can revoke it and you would be forced to Q plate it. Then your car would always look like a stolen / recovered car (not the only reason for Q plates though)

I'm sure you can fail MOT for illegal numberplates it's just they turn a blind eye to it.

The pension scheme has also been altered recently for newer recruits meaning they have to work an extra 5 years to get a full pension and after that only get half pay as opposed to two thirds.
