new fault....
i've no running issues with my NA recently until today... ... all 3 times i've started it from cold today i've had rough, coughing, spluttering, misfiring for a few minutes no fault codes, running perfect once warmed up.. any suggestions? has had a full service a few months ago (plugs fuel air oil etc) we've had a lot of rain recently but rains never been an issue before, and its been in 3 very different places today. idle is perfect all the time, was only once i opened the throttle.

Parcel2go to cheap?
can't stress enough they are useless..... don't use them. i've had repeated problems with them losing and damaging items. including a nice set of R34 gtr alloys id bought off my mate, they lost them.... and refused to pay for them. there main deport was a couple of minutes walk from where i used to live in bolton too. id recommend paisley Freight, its who i use at work now for all our long distance parts deliveries. no problems with them at all yet.

Bee r rev limiters!??
i've got one sitting in box waiting to go on, just haven't got round to fitting it yet, had one on my 200sx before, never had any problems with them, although i used them more as a launch assist attaching them to the handbrake switch. although i think it did help kill my turbo too, but i did used to drive it like an idiot.... my zeds an NA and my rev counter doesn't work so i bought it as a fail safe more then anything. the beeR website has a pin out for the Z32 ecu on it, but make sure you get a genuine BeeR as there are many inferior copies out there. http://www.bee-r.com/main/rev/tekigo-n.htm

my na went to the dyno today....
i very happy with the run, as and when i have the spare money im sure noel (noz) can capture a few more horses for me, im hoping a lightened fly and prop (and a good clutch) will help reduce the transmission loss and get a few more to the wheels too. love the way it drives though, few pictures of the adl club cars

my na went to the dyno today....
was just a run to see what she had, and if id set the adjustable fuel regulator up right. cost £35 as there were 12 ADL club cars there. £45 normally

my na went to the dyno today....
went for trip to surrey rolling road today, was amazed the zed got there let along ran on the dyno and came home under its own power :blushing: it ran well 236.8 bhp, and 192.4rwhp, fueling was good, mods are full exhuast (headers, decat, catback), dual intake, and adjustable fuel regulator, still on standard map, will be interesting to see what it like once its mapped, and got it light prop and flywheel in. and im off to brand hatch on thursday for its first go on the track, to see where it needs improvement first. sorry for poor picture, will post some more once i get them, dont think its bad for an NA with 115,000km on the clock:blush:

hesitation on throttle, help please
after indstslling headers and a afpr at the weekend i took my zed out last night, and its developed a misfire/ hesitaion at 4K+ rpm, on throttle, if i back off the throttle a bit it stops and revs fine, i've got to drive it to noel for mapping at the weekend, i dont want to drive too far if its not running right. its a 95'NA, also over the weekend had a carbon canister delete, and duel intakes fitted, (did a test run before chaning headers was fine) base fuel pressure ( which i hope i've stright) is 3.1 kgcm2 with engine running and vacuume disconected, (43psi) one of the 02 sensors is looking a bit slugish, but is working and changin corectly after about a mile, (r-vit is reading both) any advise would be great, thanks guys.

What did you do to your zed today?
not such a productive day on my zed today, spent most of the day swearing and sulking, as it made changing its header an all day job, (id even loosen the old headers off yesterday) and its still not quite ready for a test drive....:blushing: guess there goes the whole long weekend...:headvswal lol.

What did you do to your zed today?
its an NA so no holes in the bumper where the filters are, with the bumper back on i cant see it being a problem, i've refitted the splas guards, but will keep an eye on them, means i've shortened the intake length a fair bit though

What did you do to your zed today?
i fitted a new a dual intake to the NA, and got the old headers off, will put the stainless ones on tomorrow. found loads of rusty/ broken brackets too, wonder if they were contributing to the rattle ... ...
