  5. Dave, don't worry about the plug you have there (vvt) only works on very low juice.With the charge Voltage being low I would be tempted to disconnect the main feeds to the Alternator and see if the drain drops/dissapears,sounds like Alternator to me.Worth a punt mate!:wink:

  8. The 2 rings on the Alt are both Pos,disconnect the Alt wiring and connect the Battery to see if it cures the arcing.:ninja:
  9. They won't suck in under pressure!:whistling:-the oe pipes go brittle and crack,especially at the ends, causing leaks.
  10. I have always used silicone mate,clear is best-put plenty on,bolt em' up and trim the excess when dry.:wink:
  11. Temp sender at the front-check the connector for corrosion,then try a new sender.
