There called inertia belts mate!-ball moves under inertia,locks the belt. :)

Only advatage of the rover mate is weight,other than that,Chevy or Ford small block.Rover is a expensive engine to rebuild/tune and as no power!! :o Chevy is most common/cheap but the Ford is a narrower 'V'-HTH! ;)
