Best bet would be a bearing puller mate,large flat plates that sit on the actual inner race,not the rubber.I did manage to tap mine off tho'-again on the inner race with a very thin drift. HTH.

If it's got uk clocks mate you don't need a convertor-yours has been done 'proper'! :)
