My mate went to Vegas for a lads holiday, years back now, 2 of them hired a ferrari 360,and being dick heads they blew the engine and popped 2 tyres!!! they absolutley shat themselves, but had no option to call the rental place to tell them what happened, only to find them sooo apologetic and gave them another better courtesy ferrari for the rest of the day (cant remeber which model) but newer and faster.

I think painting it will not last long!! it flexes a lot and they all have cracks in them anyway, i do want to make a feature out of it as its the only thing that ruins the look of the engine at the moment, imo, chrome would be the daddy, my mates having a look tommorrow to see what he can manufacture for me, but its looking doubtfull as it will all need balancing ect got your text by the way, will drop off for you, unless you wanna come round and snag my handy work :sneaky2:

Sorry I`ve got no picture as I cant find the pipe at the moment, the pipe connects under and on to the plenum on the driver side and connects to the main engine, its tapered from approx 15mm down to 8mm and about 150mm long, any ideas what its called and has anyone got a good one? please Daz:cool3:

As above really, just wondering if leaving it off would make a differeence in cooling, I want to leave it off for asthetics really, not too bothered if it goes back on, but overall I dont want to fry the donkey:wink:

quite expensive as they are quite heavy, probably cheaper to go to Tescos and get 1000 cans!!! :laugh: we used to have big bonfire night partys at my dads house, we had larger, bitter and mild on tap all rigged up to pumps, every one got hammered, god i miss those nights :tongue_smilie:
