17" Split Rims .
They were AXIS "Milano" 9.5 rear 8.5 front.Really didn't want to sell but have been off work due to upper back problems since May 2004.So it was this or my N/A 2+2.So as the shorty was worth more & the 2+2 was more practical (kids can go in the back) I've compremised with having the 19's on the N/A,must admit I'm still lucky as I love my 2+2 and its probably been the most trouble free six years motoring I've ever had.300's are a superb bit of kit in my opinion N/A or TT. They say "what you've never had you never miss" well I've had my TT and I'm missing it! WORKING ON GETTING SORTED "I'll get there again" All the best.

17" Split Rims .
As you probably know money situation has been pretty bad so my shorty had to go a week & 1/2 ago (Sad Time). So now I've got some 17" ,3 piece split rims (5 SPOKE) that I'm thinking of selling. The tyres are not legal. 9j rear & 8j front. Was going to get them refurbed as kirbz had his done very reasonably & recommended the bloke to me.If refurbed they'd be cracking wheels.I know when they were new they'd of cost a lot of money.Just wondered if anyone could give me a ball park figure what they should be worth as they are?Got some photos but couldn't put them on (too big ,tried to reduce, no joy). But if anyone can help with my question PM your e-mail address and I'll send some photos.Otherwise I've been advised to put them on ebay.Cheers John.

Sad Day
Thanks Graeme, viniboy & apache really appreciate what you've all said. But I still feel in a state of depression .(Nothing like seeing your little lads face light up & him grin from ear to ear as a passenger ) He 's only 7 but like his his Dad he loves everything about the 300tt experience. The looks ,the sounds, the power. We'll be back with another tt I keep telling him.(He nods & smiles but his smile aint the same.) You try convincing a 7 year old we're lucky with what we've got.Don't know who I'm trying to convince him or me.Anyway all the best lads ,take it easy John

Sad Day
:( Yep yesterday was a bit of a bad day .Due to being off work for a long period one of the Z s had to go.I was in need of money so the shorty had to go as I can get the kids in the 2+2.Broke my little lads heart & mine !To top that ,I then had to go and have emergency dentistry because I was in that much pain only to find out I'll need further root canal work (REALLY NAF DAY). Consolations are 1/Car went to a really nice bloke Gary (marshy).2/Received much needed money.3/Kept my 19s.4/Still the proud owner of 1 Z (just miss my turbo so much already). Got to sort myself out as after 1 day miss the buzz of the tt.Looks like if I can sort myself out the route I'll go will be 2+2 tt manual then I've got everything, at least its practical (can take the kids)well thats my leverage point with the Mrs anyway.Put the last photos of the 2 together in rides section.
