sounds like the choke isnt working properly not getting enough fuel on start up when cold HTH

if you upgrade the boost you will need a stronger g/box i upgraded then my box gave up the ghost so 1800 quid later i have uprated box :rolleyes:

personally if they are squealing they are normally loose will wear a lot quicker as slipping tighten up asap

:bow: mines an auto but if i boot it at 80mph i would say approx 4/5 secs to hit 100 mph but then i get kickdown and full boost so would expect a manual to be slower than this as you arent on full boost :headvswal

:x: on my own private test track looks similar to the M5 J7-J8 i can hit zero to 100 in 12.5 secs so yours sounds very slow to me :x:

:rant: same happened tp me this morning heard a loud cracking then thought i had lost a targa panel as a lump of ice disappeared in the rear veiw mirror i even had to stop myself checking the roof as it wasnt getting colder in the car :headvswal

i take it this is an auto if so make sure your g/box isnt to full of oil ! Check to make sure your getting a spark at each plug also try your afm hth

This guy ripped me off big time i bought a car from them 2yrs ago bought a warranty with the car 4days later g/box exploded went to see them they said go through warranty co i tried this but they hadnt paid the warranty co for there services for over 18 months they were selling dodgy warranties it cost me £1800 for g/box and diffs when i foned to complain they said if i take it further they know where i live as they kept a record of address even told me they had spare keys for the car and would take it put new locks alarm and a tracker fitted BE VERY CAREFUL :x:

i use a cheap halfords batt charger only 4amp leave it on overnight completely recharged my batt after not really using car for 13 months had no probs with battery at all since back on the road HTH :D

i used alloy wheel cleaner on mine (Wonder Wheels ) brushed it on left it for 20 mins then cleaned with plenty fresh water worked on mine
